The Guitar Player

In life, there are inexhaustible questions but few answers, if any. Jordan, an American recently arrived in Paris, is confronted with questions different from the ones he encountered while serving in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. Presently studying French history, at the Sorbonne, he meets Jasmin, an alluring French girl, unlike any girl he has ever met before.

Jasmin is enigmatic, political, sophisticated, and worldly; reflecting her city, and equally in search to find her own place in life. Nevertheless, cultural differences are inevitably bound to clash.

Paris, a city many think of as an ageless beauty, magical and demanding, rich in history and tradition serves as a canvas for this modern-day beautiful story, where our main characters are keen in trying to understand how life’s vagaries affect them.

Hemingway called Paris “A Moveable Feast”. No other city in the world richly deserves such a sobriquet!
